Depending on our timeframe and team location, we can deliver in a highly flexible way to suit your needs. We have experience delivering both wholly online or wholly in-person or a blend of the two.
Through a blend of synchronous delivery and recorded sessions anything is possible—live group activities, feedback sessions and Q&A can be planned to meet the needs of different groups.

While it’s great to hear the immediate benefits after the training, following up with the client organisation weeks or months later is a valuable part of our collaboration. Together, we assess in what ways the training had a significant impact. What has been implemented? What is being done differently? Is it sustainable?
Gathering such feedback has led me to design a different type of process to what I am typically asked to do, in order to increase the effectiveness of the training.
Because, whilst a Development and Implementation training might be conducted in an intensive 5 day workshop, the actual creation of the system happens over many months, espeically in larger organisations. We have the option of a methodology that involves delivering training in stages, along with coaching and review during implementation phases; ensuring internal ownership by process owners.
My approach ensures even more impact of our trainings, and greater value for money for our clients.
